Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions Daily Tasks:
Compile field folders for the crews Address Name Scope Time sheets Calibration sheets Warning signs Certificates Maps Communicate with sales/office staff regarding upcoming projects Collect and Sort the paperwork from the field Assign and track company equipment/tools for use and maintenance Assign and track company vehicles for use and maintenance Delegate and verify warehouse inventory.
Order/return items as needed Monitor and update job board Reconcile google calendar and job board Monitor daily checklist for warehouse coordinator Schedule the lab clearances Creates job files and job proposal Monitor workers' vans and their checklists Job Types:
