Summary:
The Resource Navigator provides rapid trauma-informed comprehensive services to eligible clients (victims of crime) with:

Coordination of hotel stays and/or connection to shelters 4.
Emergency Assistance Coordination 5.
Case Management As the primary point of contact for referral sources and program participants, Resource navigator will provide initial intake and assessment screening, interview, program enrollment and other supportive services.
