Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks and projects - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide personal assistant support to executives and staff members - Answer phone calls and emails, ensuring professional and courteous communication - Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Support the team in maintaining office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in using Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
