We provide classes to kids in areas of gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, aerial, preschool, camps and birthday parties! We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to work at the Front Desk.
This position includes day to day operations including customer service, processing of enrollments and payments through our class management system, directly communicating with children and parents/guardians, helping coaches when needed.
You must work well in a team and have strong interpersonal relationship skills as well as flexibility with tasks and scheduling.
Other desired attributes include:
Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be proactive.
Reliability, trustworthiness, tact and diplomacy are also important.
This is part-time late afternoon position Tue through Sat, about 20 hours per week with flexibility.
